It’s easy to become a client of Shailer Park Meals on Wheels.

Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1:

Complete our online application form by using the button below.

If you need any assistance, phone our friendly staff on (07) 3806 0529 between 8:30am and 11:00 am.
(If calling outside normal business hours please leave a message on the answering machine)

 

Step 2:

Once we receive your information, you will get an email to enable you to login and order meals.
One of our staff will also contact you to confirm your details and confirm if you are eligible for special pricing via ‘My Aged Care’, NDIS or another authorised package provider.

 

Step 3:

That’s it …. we can start delivering meals from the next available menu. Check the Menu Schedule here.


  • You can contact us yourself to become a client or you can have someone else contact us.
  • We accept referrals from family, friends, neighbours as well as medical professionals.
  • A referral from your doctor is not necessary.
