ABOUT US
Shailer Park Meals on Wheels is committed to delivering meals that are not only delicious, but also healthy and nourishing and have been doing so since 1996. We are not just a meal supplier, we also represent the outside world to a large percentage of our clients. We are a friendly face and caring visitor each day. We are the family’s point of contact and are sometimes the first people to recognise any problems with their loved ones.
Each year Shailer Park Meals on Wheels delivers approximately 9000 meals to over 60 clients, with the help of 55 volunteers. This provides essential nourishment, value, social connection to our clients and peace of mind for their families. Our vehicles are out and about delivering to local areas.

Salads, Mini Meals and Sandwiches also available.
Meals are either Chilled or Frozen.

HCP Client Contribution – $3.00 (Raw Food Costs)
NDIS – $3.00 (Raw Food Costs)
Non-subsidised Full Fee – $12.00

We deliver delicious and nutritious ready-to-eat meals to the door.
We care for the physical and psychological wellbeing of vulnerable people by informally monitoring them and advising family members or nominated agents if we notice anything amiss.
We strengthen local communities
We provide important social contact for people who may be isolated or lonely and build relationships between clients and volunteers.
Our proven, trusted and reliable service model delivers clear health and social outcomes at extremely low cost.
